Delivery Information
We will dispatch your books or CD’s within 3 working days – however, delivery times vary according to destination.
All pre-orders outside of the Pakistan have an additional shipping cost added to them when ordered with other books that are in stock. Titles that are currently available are dispatched immediately, but pre-order titles will be dispatched separately when they become available (as per their publication date). The shipping cost will depend on the customer’s delivery address.

Defective Items
You can always return an item if it is defective in any way.
Delivery Charges
The cost of returned goods will be refunded to you, along with outbound delivery costs but please note that you must cover the costs of returning the item.
Refunds
Please note that refunds will be returned to the same method of payment you used in purchasing from the site – i.e. refunds will only be paid to your card or PayPal account, and cannot be paid in cash.
How to return an item
Please re-package items and include a copy of the receipt. The return address is:

We recommend you ask for proof of postage when returning an item, as it may be necessary in order to process a refund, should your item fail to reach us.
Cancelling an Order
You may cancel any order within 24 hours of purchased for cancelation email on customerservice@moizhussain.com
